We greatly enjoyed the hotel and Yakima, had 2 good days there. The staff was responsive, professional all the time. The food was good with a lot of alternatives. The location was excellent and comfortable, a 10-15 minute walk from Majestic Theatre.

Being able to grab a bite to eat or do some shopping without having to travel far was a definite plus. the hotel property was well-maintained, providing a clean and comfortable environment.

The sheets on both beds were not changed, and there were hairs and blood stains on them. This lack of cleanliness was a major letdown and made me question the overall hygiene of the room.
